How quickly will I receive my projection package?

Accepted Answer

Delivery times vary by production and are clearly identified on each show’s page:Instant Download: The package is ready to download after payment.Ready Within 5–7 Days: Your order is prepared and a download link is emailed within five to seven days.In Development: These packages are available for advance purchase and are typically delivered within two to three weeks.If you have an approaching production deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm that the package can be delivered in time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards.
We also accept school purchase orders. A purchase order may be emailed to DSS Projections before checkout, and we will generate an invoice for your school’s accounting department.

Can I request a show that is not currently in your catalog?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your production needs projections for a show that is not currently available, please email us at digitalsquirrelstudio@gmail.com.
Tell us the title, edition, production dates, venue specifications, and any special design needs. We will review the request and provide pricing, availability, and an estimated delivery schedule.

Question 4

Are performance rights included with my purchase?

Accepted Answer

No. DSS Projections provides a limited license to use our projection content. Performance rights, scripts, scores, accompaniment tracks, and other licensed show materials must be obtained separately from the show’s authorized theatrical licensing agency.
Purchasing a DSS Projections package does not grant permission to produce or perform the show.
