The effects are designed to support live staging rather than replace it, allowing the projections to work alongside practical scenery, lighting, fabric, fog, and performer-driven magical moments.
 
The Creation of the Ice Palace
“Let It Go” is supported by a programmed progression of animated environments and ice effects that transform the North Mountain into Elsa’s completed palace.  This is a timed cue to match the click track so that the magical moments time up perfectly with the orchestra/track.
 
Ready-to-Use QLab Workspace
Every scenic image, animated effect, transition, fade, and blackout is organized into a programmed QLab workspace. Cue labels include scene references, page numbers, and suggested placement information to help your operator follow the production.

Your package includes one 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation. We can help you open the workspace, connect the media files, configure your display, and confirm that the content is playing correctly through your projector or video wall.
 
Delivery
This package is prepared specifically for digital delivery within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. It is not an instant-download product.
 
You will receive the completed projection media and programmed QLab workspace through the email address provided with your order.
 
Licensing
Purchase provides a limited license to use the digital content for one production at the theatre and for the performance dates identified in the order. The package does not include performance rights, scripts, scores, music, accompaniment tracks, or authorized show logos.
 
Files may not be transferred, shared, resold, redistributed, or reused for another production.
